Manon Pilon is a renowned author of two books, an international speaker, educator, and medical spa consultant with over 38 years of experience in the medical spa industry. She is a recognized educator, medical spa owner and operator, medical aesthetician, and served as the international director of education and R&D Director for Derme&CO, Laboratoire Nelly De Vuyst, and Laboratoire Europelab. Manon has conducted seminars worldwide, educating medical specialists, spa and med spa owners, dermatologists, estheticians, and other medical professionals. She has received numerous awards for her achievements in the spa and medical spa field. She is a frequent guest speaker at prestigious skincare conferences globally, including in Canada, the USA, Paris, London, Dubai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Geneva, China, Taiwan, Bangkok, Singapore, and Sydney.
Additionally, Manon has served as the Master of Ceremony at several international aesthetics, anti-aging, and med spa conferences over the past 38 years. She has also conducted Continuing Medical Education (CME) classes for estheticians, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons at global meetings. Among her many accolades, Manon was named “Business Woman of the Year” by the Quebec Business Women’s Association and received the Canadian Business Woman Award from the largest Francophone women’s network. She was also nominated for "Who's Who in New York" multiple times.
